Les Paul was not involved in this redesign and requested his name be removed; by 1963, the model was officially renamed the SG Standard. This modern 2024 SG Standard is based on the features associated with the late-1960s style SGs, including the larger, full-face "batwing" pickguard and a slightly fuller, rounded neck profile, distinguishing it from the '61 Reissue which features a slimmer neck and smaller pickguard. The "DEMO" inscription engraved on the back of the headstock indicates the guitar was likely used for in-store displays, trade shows (like NAMM), or as a loaner to artists and representatives. The guitar displays close to no playing wear.

ALL EU PURCHASES ARE DELIVERED WITH TAXES AND DUTIES PAID
All purchases include EU taxes/duties paid, i.e., nothing further is due on receipt of goods to any EU state.

WHY BUY FROM US
We are one of the world's leading specialists in used and vintage gear with over 30 years of experience.
